Treatment of a Diabetic Patient
The cost of treating an insulin dependent diabetic patient at the Chronic Care Center is around 2000$ yearly. The cost will increase up to 5000$ for patient under pump therapy.
Patients until their age of 21 years are provided with all the medications & materials needed for treatment & monitoring of their disease. Partial treatment is offered to selected patients who can not afford to take in charge their treatment after that age.
