For a number of years the Chronic Care Center‘s administration has been coping and developing new ways to support the staff in achieving the center’s mission, to maintain high standards of medical quality, to improve cost effectiveness in delivering patient services and to maintain sustainability with an increasing number of patients given the limited budget.

Among our strategies:
Building a solid administrative infrastructure.
• Establishing patient information system linked to the accounting system.
• Exploring ways to improve efficiency and to cut on cost without affecting the quality.
• Setting & reinforcing a private, friendly atmosphere in a non profit institution.
• Giving a high consideration to patient satisfaction.
• Investing in human resources; promoting continuing education.

The above strategies were implemented starting 1994. They proved to be valuable & effective.

Each year we review the Center’s accomplishments and we focus on our future goals that include: • Getting the necessary funds in order to adopt new treatment modalities.
• Setting measurable objectives for each service.
• Updating the automation of medical records.
• Supporting our Laboratory in expanding the scope of its services.
• Reviewing / improving administrative procedures.

The center succeeded to provide continuous high quality comprehensive care: treatment, education, psychosocial support, recreation, provision of necessary medicine & supplies to its patients in a private, friendly atmosphere at a reasonable cost. A developed database allowed decisions to be based on detailed & accurate information.

These achievements are the result of sustainable and thoughtful efforts made by all Members of the Chronic Care Center community from staff to President to trustees to donors who believe in its mission.
